I had such a great experience at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a great sound system and a lovely terrace to enjoy my morning coffee. The hotel also offered a range of additional services like airport shuttle and room service, making my stay even more convenient.

Room door and sound insulation could be improved.

Staying in this boutique hotel during Christmas was a great experience! the location was perfect, close to the main square and other key attractions. the room had a nice bath tube and shower with hot water and good pressure. It was also very clean, and the size and comfort of the bed were amazing. Another advantage was the voucher for breakfast, which allowed us to choose from several cafes nearby. We enjoyed our meal at the Grand Cafe Leopoldis and appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine provided.

the bar was closed on arrival, and we found out there was limited facility overlapping the festive season.

We had an amazing stay at Masoch. Hotel & Cafe! The location in the middle of Old Town was perfect, and our room was fantastic. The huge bed and nice sound system made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the lovely bathtub! The bar downstairs had delicious drinks, and the gift shop was a unique touch. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
